These plump and slightly salty oysters have a rich smokey-sweet flavor, and a pretty fluted shell. Because of the excellent growing location, this is one of the richest tasting West Coast oysters and our most popular. You can recognize a Sweetwater by its long, oval-shaped shell and deep flutes.
